Lockton Premium Payments – Professional Indemnity Insurance
In response to an issue raised with us, we have made enquiries with the Law Society of Scotland about the situation where a practitioner may be late with a payment of their monthly installments of their insurance premiums due to cashflow challenges presented by the Covid-19 pandemic. Lockton is now offering payment holidays to those who approach them.
We have received confirmation that any such member affected will not be uninsured. The master policy cover is for the full year and a late or missed payment will not remove the cover. The person to contact is Mark Gray at Lockton by email – markgray@uk.lockton.com if the need arises.
