Arising from a member enquiry, we have received confirmation that any Agent requiring to use an interview room in the court building can continue to use the two consultation rooms in the basement across from court 4. Unfortunately, the CCTV/interview rooms between the Courts on both corridors on the second floor do not meet social distancing requirements and their use has been suspended meantime. Please note however there is a defence witness room on the second floor at the end of the corridor beside the civil clerk’s office and another located on the ground floor next to court 5. Both can accommodate four people and can be used for consultations if no witnesses are using them. You do not need to register use of these rooms for consultations with Court security.
